ForgeByte Creations was started in Nairobi because the rest of the AI conversation skipped the part where you build the system that the model is supposed to live in. We do that part.
What we believe
- 001 Boring foundations beat clever ones. Postgres, typed code, transactions.
- 002 Measure before you automate. Most "AI problems" are measurement problems.
- 003 Small scope, frequent demos, no surprises in the sixth month.
- 004 The model is the smallest part of an AI system. The rest is engineering.
How we work
- → Discovery is fixed-scope and paid. Build is time-and-materials with weekly checkpoints.
- → Code lives in your repo, deployed to your infrastructure, owned by you.
- → AI co-authorship is normal here. Humans drive judgment, machines draft scaffolding.
- → If we're wrong about something, we'd rather find out in week two than month six.
